Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. THE COST AND ORGANISATION OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. COSTS MAY BE HIGH BECAUSE PARCELS ARE RETURNED TO ASIA.


Returns

You have the option to return your order within 14 days of receiving it if you are not satisfied with the purchased products.

How the process works:

We ask customers to contact us by email at support@averyandhazel.com before returning the product so we can provide the correct return instructions and prepare the process. We will then send you any necessary details regarding the return procedure.

The customer is responsible for organising and paying for the return shipment. Please be aware that costs may be high, as goods must be sent back to our warehouse in Asia. Return shipping costs vary depending on the carrier and country of dispatch; typical international tracked returns range between €50 and €80, depending on your local postal service and order size.

The return parcel must be shipped with a track & trace option. The customer must keep the proof of shipment and provide it to us by email when requested. Once we receive the track & trace information, we will proceed with processing the return.

If the parcel is sent without a track & trace option, the return will only be processed once the goods have been physically received and inspected.


Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us at support@averyandhazel.com by sending a clear statement of your intention to withdraw.

Important information regarding the right of withdrawal:

  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive your order.

  • Once you have notified us of your intention to withdraw, you must send the products back within 14 days of your withdrawal notification, in accordance with Article 14(1) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered – unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

  • The cost of the return shipment is covered by the customer.

  • The customer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.


Important Information

  • The customer bears the risk for the return shipment until the product is delivered back to Avery & Hazel, as required under Article 14(1) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. We are not responsible for lost return parcels during return transport.

  • Due to longer transportation times from Asia, receiving and processing your return may take slightly longer.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned product.

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise.
